PDF files are becoming a huge vulnerability. Most IT organizations still do not recognize PDF files as potential threat. The format itself lacks in security maturity. Adobe also is far from being agile when it comes to patching problems. Acrobat is not one of the actively updated software by IT. I still see many users business and enterprise users on adobe 5 and 6. You can imagine the degree of vulnerability being described by the source article as targeting the latest version alone.
